We are thrilled to announce the addition of Chef Diego Negri to our culinary team.

With an impressive 23 years of experience in the cooking industry, Chef Diego brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our kitchen. His culinary journey has taken him around the globe, where he has had the privilege of studying and working alongside some of the most renowned chefs in the industry.


 In 2018, Chef Diego made the exciting move to the United States and has since honed his skills at prestigious establishments such as Eleven Madison Park and Marea, both of which are celebrated Michelin Star restaurants located in New York City. Now residing in Wilton, Connecticut, he is eager to bring his innovative approach to cuisine to our community. Chef Diego's culinary repertoire is diverse, with a strong emphasis on Italian, French, Spanish, and Mediterranean dishes. He also incorporates influences from Asian and South American cuisines, creating a unique fusion that is sure to delight our guests. 


We are confident that Chef Diego's passion for cooking and dedication to excellence will elevate our dining experience, and we cannot wait for you to taste the extraordinary dishes he will create. Join us in welcoming Chef Diego to our team!

Modern American Fare done right!  We are a SCRATCH kitchen... everything from our burrata to our house made pastas, like our signature black linguini.  We serve all grass fed meats and get seafood delivered daily.  Even our desserts are all house made and our bread is delivered everyday from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx!
